The CBI Silent Auction will be taking place on Saturday evening, December 6. The auction supports the CBI religious school, it is our biggest fundraising event of the year, and its success depends on the participation of members.

Please help us gather merchandise for the auction by putting aside new or newer items that you don't need or use. You could also approach local businesses you patronize and ask if they would agree to donate items, certificates, or vouchers.

Do you cook? Consider preparing a special dinner that others can purchase. Do you have a vacation home? Put it up for bid for a weekend. We all have our special talents or skills that we can offer for others to bid on.

Please participate and don't be afraid to get creative. The more items to bid on the better our chances of a successful auction. And definitely plan to attend.

Please check out the Introduction letters and charitable tax deduction information for donors. For more information, contact Irv Schiffman at ischiffman@csuchico.edu or (343-7108), or Chelsea Thornton at cethornton1013@gmail.com and (925) 759-5789
