Most of the news we hear from Israel is about politics and conflicts. But Israelis have an incredible zest for life and enjoy many cultural, sports, and leisure activities. CBI members Michael and Sara Leitner have edited a new book on life and leisure in modern Israel. Special highlights of the book include "Promoting Peace Through Recreational Programs" and "Diversity in Leisure in Israel," which looks at various groups such as special needs, immigrants, gay and lesbian, the aging, Ultra-Orthodox and the Arab Sector.

Michael and Sara will give a talk accompanied by their own photos from Israel. Their book will be available for purchase and signing.
